Service Agreement Options
Morton Mechanical offers several service agreement options to meet the needs of any company. We know that when it comes to services agreements, one “size” doesn’t fit all. That’s why our service specialists can tailor any of the following plans to meet your specific needs.
Comfort Check Agreement
This plan provides for season inspection of your HVAC equipment by one of our qualified technicians. They will check the system and make recommendations for maximum results. Agreement customers also receive reduced price service calls* and a 5% discount on repairs** when needed.
Comfort Maintenance Agreement
With this plan, our technicians will perform actual maintenance tasks. Our task list is designed to keep major, moving parts operating efficiently and reduce utility costs, repair costs and down time. This plan also provides service calls* at no charge and a 10% discount on repairs** when needed.
Comfort Plus Agreement
The Comfort Plus plan offers all the benefits of the Comfort Maintenance plan, but also includes labor on repair calls** at no charge. The 10% discount rate still applies to any necessary parts.
Comfort Assurance Agreement
The Comfort Assurance plan is out most comprehensive option. It includes all maintenance, seasonal inspections, moving parts replacement and labor charges for moving parts. This plan allows for easy budgeting of expenses.

Other Features

Service Available For Emergency After Hours – We have emergency service seven days a week, around the clock. We are available during your hours of operation.

Priority Service – Our agreement customers are given first call priority. Our response time for all customers is fast, but we are even faster for our service agreement customers. Even in the most extreme weather, our agreement customers are served by the first available technician.

Energy Consultation – Periodically, your service specialist will discuss with you ways in which we can help you save energy costs. You will be made aware of new technologies and energy-saving methods that can be put to use in your facility.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys – During each agreement term, we will conduct a customer satisfaction survey with you. We want to always know how we are doing and if we can do anything to serve your needs better.

*A service call refers to a diagnostic charge; this charge covers the cost of travel and diagnosing the problem with the equipment.

**A repair refers to the total charge for completing actual replacement of parts and materials to correct equipment malfunctions. The cost of repairs includes materials, parts and labor, and they are quoted for authorization before any repairs are done.
