Service Available For Emergency After Hours – We have emergency service seven days a week, around the clock. We are available during your hours of operation.
Priority Service – Our agreement customers are given first call priority. Our response time for all customers is fast, but we are even faster for our service agreement customers. Even in the most extreme weather, our agreement customers are served by the first available technician.
Energy Consultation – Periodically, your service specialist will discuss with you ways in which we can help you save energy costs. You will be made aware of new technologies and energy-saving methods that can be put to use in your facility.
Customer Satisfaction Surveys – During each agreement term, we will conduct a customer satisfaction survey with you. We want to always know how we are doing and if we can do anything to serve your needs better.
*A service call refers to a diagnostic charge; this charge covers the cost of travel and diagnosing the problem with the equipment.
**A repair refers to the total charge for completing actual replacement of parts and materials to correct equipment malfunctions. The cost of repairs includes materials, parts and labor, and they are quoted for authorization before any repairs are done.
